When the photo deals come along, it is always a good deal to snag them.  I know that a lot of people think that getting $.10 4×6 prints is a “Deal”…until they see deals like this one come along.  I personally won’t ever pay that price, because you won’t ever have to!

Create an account on Kodak Gallery and you automatically get 50 Free 4×6 Prints!  Plus, shipping is around $1.99!

(Thanks Frugal Girls for the reminder)

  1. I just created an account and uploaded 50 pictures. The checkout is telling me :
    Subtotal: $3.75
    Estimated tax: $0.25
    Shipping: $3.49
    Total*: $7.49
    Your total savings: $3.75
Do I need to put in a promo code or something?

    • I would maybe contact them… when you create a new account you get 50 4×6 free prints. (it says that on the page I directed you to too) So they should be able to fix it.

      • They are actually only giving a 50% off discount for your first order.
Plus shipping is about $3.50 but I live chatted with someone and told them we heard about the 5 free prints and she gave me a $7.50 credit instead of the 50% off.

  2. I’m having the same problem. It keeps telling me that I owe $7.49.

    • I just did the live chat on Kodak’s site, and told them about the problem, and they said that the offer is for 50 free prints with purchase of a photo book. I told her that the e-mail that I had received when I signed up said 50 free prints, and there was nothing about needing to buy anything. She said that as a one-time courtesy, they would credit my account for $7.50, which took covered my 50 prints at $3.49, as well as my shipping charges, so I didn’t have to pay anything!!

  4. I just did the live chat as well and they just added a 50 print credit on future orders. So I still payed the 7.49, but I can go back and get the deal now.

  6. I just did this deal, but it was coming up at 50% off instead of 50 free prints. I had to do the live chat, too, and they just credited 3.75 to my account so it would come out free, but still ended up paying 3.75 for tax and shipping. Oh well, comes out to about 7 1/2 cents per print 🙂

  7. The 50 free prints are only available if you buy a medium photo book, which makes this not a deal at all and a little deceiving.

    • Hey Amanda,

Yeah, I’m annoyed too! Their site said specifically that you got 50 free prints just for creating your account. There was no mention of a photo book purchase. So, Ill have to contact Kodak and see wht the deal is.

  8. I just looked, and the little star by the 50 Free Prints link, says this:

    * KODAK Gallery will offer 50 free prints on a one-time-only basis, to people who register as new members of the KODAK Gallery. 50 free 4 x 6” Premium prints must be made within 14 days of joining the KODAK Gallery. Offer does not apply to Same-Day Pickup orders, Photo Stamps, shipping fees, applicable taxes, KODAK cameras and other products and services sold through kodak.com. Cannot be combined with other offers. One redemption per customer. No substitutions, transfer rights or cash equivalents will be given. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time. You must order within 14 days of your registration, otherwise this offer will expire 14 days after the date of your registration. Redeemable only at Kodakgallery.com

**As you see, there is nothing saying you must buy a photo book of any sort. Just a 14 day limit. Which i find rather annoying…
