OK maybe you can help. I have desperately trying to get the stupid smart source printer to work with my printer and no matter what settings i change I can not get it to work. I can’t find an actual contact link for Smart Source either to tell them of the problem… any suggestions?

I find when I use my regular log-in not my administrators log in I can’t print coupons. I don’t like to log in using this cause it leaves you open to hacking but I have protection and try not to be on it too long. I have to find out how to get partial privilages in my Standard user log in.

Oh… um I should say that I am not jsut trying to print the KY coupon either… Not DESPERATE for that coupon… lol! There are lots I want from smart source

Have you tried installing a different web browser or updating your current one? I know my old FireFox browser would not allow me to print certain coupons. If this is the case, try an updated version of IE.

I found that to be the case with me too. I have to use Internet Explorer browser.
