The $5.00 is a cash back bonus. It is not instant. So, when you get your cash back check from them, an extra $5.00 will be on it- on top of the 24%

Yes, it will cost you $12 now. Then, you will get $5.00 plus 24% cash back in your Ebates account that they cash out every quarter. You can get it put in Paypal or a check.

You will get your $5.00 Cash back and then the 24% cash back. It can take a few days to show up on your Ebates account. Then, they send cash back every quarter. Check with Ebates if you have problems. But you should be all good to go if you followed the instructions in the post.
