The Sample Showcase is back! If you participated in this last year, USPS sent huge boxes of free samples like McCormick, BenGay, Secret and more to houses all over the Country. It was amazing! We just got word that they are doing it again.

Ok, I do find it kinda lame that these people doing the offers don’t prepare for the flood of people coming to thier site. I was right there at the count down and clicked righ ton it as soon as it showed and I am just getting errors

When will these companies learn? Anytime it is a “login at exactly X O’Clock” their site crashes. Why not just send an email to registered users through a lottery system of winners. Is there really this belief in the marketing world that no one is interested, and everything will be fine?

Got one! Took a long time of trying over and over again to load the website. Once you log on then you have to answer a short survey (3 questions) and then submit your address info! Can’t wait to get it!

So yeah. It doesn’t make complete sense, but the jist of course is to check back again because they are taking the site down for awhile. Lame!

Are you using Safari? Mine was doing that so I hurried and downloaded Mozilla Firefox and now it seems to be working fine. I don’t really know if it’s a coincidence or if Safari was really the problem.

It keeps telling me I have “bad credentials”? I can log in just fine, but then I click to see if I qualify, and then it has be log in again giving me the error. I give up.

I got my box. I went on early this morning and got all the way to the survey to see if I qualified. After I submitted my survey, the page wouldn’t load. It kept saying that I couldn’t connect to the server. I thought I missed out until I refreshed the page just a little while ago and it said that my order was complete 🙂 Keep trying! It should work now.

Mine was doing that too so I used Firefox instead of Safari and it worked. I don’t know if it was a coincidence or not, but some websites have issues on Safari.

Yay! I just got one! The comments were right – you have to use mozilla so that it doesn’t just keep asking for you to login again. I was using chrome, and maybe I’ve got something blocked. I’m so excited! Thanks for the links!

So those that qualified, are you all under 18? It only asked me my age and sex and I’m obviously female and over 18 and they said I was not eligible! ?? bug

Yay! I got mine again. I thought with all those not qualifying, I probably wouldn’t qualify this time. I have 5 kids ages 18-7 yrs. Also, I marked that I would complete a survey on the samples I recieve. Don’t really know what they are looking at to decide who qualifies, but I’m happy I did, twice! LOVE samples and the coupons that come with some of them!
