I have a new account and I’ve put 111 and 112 pictures but it still says that I can’t use this coupon… I wish it worked… Any ideas?

I figured out that it has to be a MAIL order only, which is fine, but I couldn’t see the total (if coupon was applied) and that made me worried. I tried talking to the customer support and they’ve told me to come back to them after I place the order and they would refund the money to my card… that’s disappointing.
