If the hospital you deliver at does not carry the enfamil gift packege when you deliver, you can call customer service and they will mail one to you. I did that with my last baby. Although the diaper bag was a dissappointment. They make it out of a fabric like the reusable grocery totes. Lame!

I signed up for this and received the Enfamil package at the hospital when I had my baby and I have yet to see $250.00 in freebies and it has been 6 months.
The diaper bag is very cheap and can really only be used as a reusable tote.
You do get a really nice/sleek small bag that holds pumped breast milk (they also supply the containers).
