Head over to the Disney Movie Rewards Site and click on the Sweepstakes Tab in the left-hand side bar.
Create a special agent name and enter the sweepstakes. After you do, you will get a unique code to enter in your DMR account for 50 points!

I clicked on the sweepstakes and it had me enter in my disney account info and that was it. It didn’t have me create a code/agent name or give me a code.

You need to click on Melea’s link and it will take you the Cars 2 website where you can then enter the sweepstakes and get the 50 points.
