Anyone know the minimum age to sign up? My son turns 2 in June but when I entered his birthday it said he wasn’t eligible. When I go to the FAQ section it says kids 12 and under.. Technically he should qualify. Now when i go back I can’t even attempt to register anyone since it remembers the last “ineligible” person and says we don’t qualify. Grr. I was going to register my nephew who was 3 and see if that changed anything.

Did you accidentally enter your child’s age in the first screen and not your age? I did that and now it won’t let me sign up or correct my mistake. I am going to do this from my computer at work and see if the new IP address makes a difference.
