TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN, I TRYED GETTING INTO THIS WEBSITE THIS MORNING AT LEAST 7 TIMES AND IT WOULDNT COME UP AND I HAD TO GO AND TAKE MY HUSBAND TO WORK WHICH IS A 100 MILE ROUND TRIP. I WAITED TO SEE EVERY TIME I WOULD LOG IN AT LEAST 5 MINUTES AND NOTHING. IM REALLY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I USE THE SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER AND REALLY LIKE IT. VERY DISAPPOINTED. DEBORAH

Deborah- Im truly sorry! The website server crashed and I was on the phone all morning with them trying to get the site fixed. It was out of my control and I did the best I could to get it to come back up as soon as I could.
