Mine asked for my name then it said I should receive my product in 6-8 weeks but it never asked for my address so i dunno

It will ask for your home # or 5-digit zip. Give them your zip. Then they will ask for your street address. They will ask you to confirm your address and then tell you that you should receive the sample in 6-8 weeks.
