Today I printed off the egg coupon and while I was there I selected two others I wanted, thinking that three of them would fill the page, not wanting to waste the paper…to my surprise each coupon printed off with a huge advertisement or recipe, which I am not interested in, wasting a ton of ink. I sent the following email to Smart Source: Today I selected three coupons from your site expecting that three actual coupons would print, instead, each coupon printed out a FULL PAGE AD uselessly wasting my expensive ink. I usually print off two coupons for each product but today I only printed off one when I saw that the page was full of a useless ad/recipe etc. We are printing out coupons to SAVE MONEY. Please tell your clients that it is totally counterproductive and a PUT OFF when they dupe us like this. If they want our loyalty and want us to try their products, they need to know we don't appreciate their using the printing off of their coupons to advertise big time! It is frustrating when huge amounts of our ink are high jacked like this. It might sound like a great idea in their sales meetings but it falls flat on it's face in the "real" consumer world. Be aware that if "Smart Source" continues to support this type of activity in the future I will go out of my way to avoid your site entirely. I look forward to hearing back from you.
