After weeks and weeks of organizing, planning, gathering, wrapping- we have finally finished our Secret Santa 2010 Project! All 25 families!!
Many times during this project I got a little misty eyed from how overwhelmingly generous people have been. I am so grateful for amazing readers like yourself who have pitched in this Christmas. Your donations have put food on the table for families who didn’t have any and toys under the tree when there was no hope of having any Christmas!
I want to give a special thanks to Associated Food Stores, RANLife Home Loans, Fresh Market, Hidden Valley Book Club, Smith’s Food and Drug, Broadview University and other generous donators like yourself. Your donations really helped us put the final touches on our project. Without you, we wouldn’t have been able to purchase all of the “needs” of these families!
Below is our Secret Santa 2010 Video. I hope you can take a few minutes and see what we were all able to accomplish together. My video editing skills still need a little work, so hopefully you can look past that and feel a little Christmas spirit.

I just wanted to say that the family I nominated received their 'secret' package and I was lucky enough to be there when they found it! I was so moved and touched at how much stuff you sent! My nephew and sister were so beyond words as they opened each gift. I so wish you could have seen my sisters face. She hasn't smiled that much in months! She was so excited that she made me take her grocery shopping with the gift card you sent!!! She now has christmas dinner thanks to you! She was so sweet that she tried to share something with me (I refused!) just to let you know what kind of person she is!!

I wasn't able to watch this video until today due to not having a computer for almost 2 weeks. Like a lot of readers, this video made me cry happy tears. I wasn't able to take part in donating to this cause, but my little family was able to donate to the Family Connection Center in Layton, UT. We love making someone's holiday a little brighter and I hope that this becomes a new tradition for F2D and its readers. Hopefully I can contribute next year.
