It's because the dresses for $9.99 are technically part of the jcpenney outlet. So google JC Penney outlet and then click on Wednesday Deals…there is also a My Dream Castle for $4.99

Great deal! Thank you for sharing this with us. I ordered a Rapunzel dress, the tiara and shoes set, the princess dolls and the My Dream Castle. These will make nice gifts for future birthday parties! The site moved very slow, but with patience I was able to complete my order.

Ok, that definitely takes patience, I just now got it to confirm my order after several times of having to re log in and enter info and getting error messages but I got it! I'm thrilled because my daughters Christmas is princess themed and ofcourse this was perfect with it and such a great deal!

I started at about 5:00 and it only took me about 10 minutes to complete the process. It was slow in between pages but I never got any errors.
