This is awesome! Has anyone tried it yet? Do they really count the free chocolate scrabble or monopoly toward the $35?
Michelle
I don't understand how to get the chocolate game for free. I'm trying it online and it's not working.
Robyn
The gifts cards (in the past) really have taken 6 hours to work. I have tried rolling them before, with no luck. 🙁
Jodi
How do you get the $10.00 gift card to show up. Is there a promo code or something?
Doin' It Digital (Shannon C.)
I think the $10 promo is 'in-store' only, but I could be wrong. The Layton Toys R Us doesn't have have any chocolate scrabble or monopoly. 🙁 Still got great deals without the chocolate.
Ryan
The Orem Toys R Us didn't have any of the chocolate games left either, and I was there right when they opened! What's with that?!
Melea
Yes, the $10 gift card and Chocolate promotion are only in-store. Neither of them have promo codes attached, so that is how you know it is only an in-store deal. If your store is out of games, ask them when their truck is coming in.. probably wed and sat.

The worker at the Layton store said if you bring in your receipt when they do have the Chocolate Scrabble or Monopoly they will give them to you then.
Jackie
Went to Layton store today and they were out of 3 games that I wanted. They did tell me to check back on Thursday or Saturday Morning…but now that I'm telling you all this I better be there when they open. 🙂 FYI: You are able to get the Scrabble/Monopoly Chocolate game for free online, but you can't have it count toward your 35$. To get the free Chocolate games all you have to do is make sure you've added one of the participating Family games to your cart. Such as: Sorry, Trouble, Guess Who…etc. Then add the Scrabble/Mono. Choco. and it will show as Free in your cart.

Does it say in the ad about the Chocolate game? I didn't see it. I have an Express store and they don't stock all the games, so I don't know if there was a sign by the game or something. I guess I'll take my receipt to the main store to see if I can get the Chocolate game free?

Just FYI- Hasbro ended the Free $10 gift card promo (as I was nicely informed by my Toys R Us sales associate this morning) due to an unexpectedly high response. And all stores are currently out of the Chocolate Scrabble and Monopoly in the Salt Lake Valley… I still managed to score a great deal because my store was super accomodating, but just wanted people to know!
