the credit does not appear until after you "proceed to checkout" and then it calculates it automatically.

I used the $20 credit (I got last week) last night when they posted the Melissa & Doug toys. I got the wooden tool kit and the puzzle cubes for only $6.95 S&H. But, like mentioned above, my shipping time is expected to be between 12/28/10 and 1/7/11, so they'll be too late for a Christmas gift.
