For some reason, it works better when I click on the link for the Tide detergent, rather than for the trash bags, not sure why, but it works better for me that way!

for me, the trash bags is the only one that works. I can't get the detergent sample form to even open up.

It did not work for me the first day, but did work the next day. Maybe they have a set number that they will accept each day. So just try again
