A few weeks ago I went to the Logan Walmart to shop and use the coupons for trial size products. I was told by the cashier and customer service that they do not accept coupons for more than the product. This last time, I went to the Brigham City Walmart to see if I would have a better experience. Once again, I was told by the cashier that they do not accept coupons on trial size products for more than the product amount. That it would need to be used on a larger size. I explained that the coupon does not specify size and they just needed to adjust the amount of the coupon. The cashier said she would do it that time, but they were all told not to. I must have a sign on my head that says "make my coupon experience miserable"

I must have the same sign on my head. But for a different thing. Last night, I went to walmart to buy the Kraft cheese. I went to the check out with my 5 packages of cheese, the register beeped and said that the $5.00 amount that the customer service person was inputting was too much. It would only allow $2.00 to come off. She asked if that was ok. I said that if she would allow me to buy 2 items, and she said that it says that I have to buy 5 items. Look how much money walmart is or could be making off those Kraft coupons. $3.00 per person, and if every person takes in multiples, they are making a lot of money. I wish that there was something that could be done.
