Over the past few months, JC Penney has offered $10 off $10 promo codes multiple times. And, it really makes for some fun shopping when you can get items for free in their clearance section with the code!
The only problem is that the best items tend to go pretty fast. So, make sure you are signed up to get emails from JC Penney. It will let you know what the code is so you can get dibs on items they have on sale. You will even get in-store coupons you can use too!
