Mission Foods contacted me about doing a Recipe Post for you guys using their product. As I’ve told you guys before, I’m not much of a cook. I like it, but I just don’t have as much time as I would like to do it.
So, I thought I would share an easy, kid friendly recipe that takes only 5 Minutes to prepare! And Mission Tortillas are easy to work with. So it was an easy cooking night for me.
- Scramble some eggs in a skillet. Add shredded cheese. You can also add bacon or sausage, if you would like.
- For the fastest cooking time, heat up Tator Tots in the microwave. Then, add them to the skillet to slightly brown. Or, you can choose to cook them in the oven- it will just add more time to your preparation.
- Then, heat up your Mission Tortillas either on a flat-top cooking grill. Or, you can heat them up in the microwave.
- Add the skillet ingredients to the inside of your Mission Tortillas and fold.
That’s it! Totally easy- but our family LOVES them. And, it doesn’t take any time to make.

The best part about the recipe I shared is that you can find coupons, or in-store deals on all of the products. Plus, Mission Tortillas has coupons that come out too! They have 3 different sizes of tortillas, so you can purchase the right size for whatever meal you come up with.
