On the back of the rebate form it says (limit 5 rebates per household) so STOCK UP!!!!! Purchases must be made from 4/1/10 and 10/31/10.

I bought the 12 packs at winco in orem for 2.98 each so final price will be .48 each after rebate. It works out to be about .04 for each cheese stick.
