No, it's not! just returned from downtown Smiths (the BIG Smith's) and it worked for me–twice. Can only do 2 at a time. So I'm thinking it's just at the Fresh Marketplace Smith's.

I received my $5.00 catalina on Coppertone sunscreen today! I purchased 2 sunscreens using 2 of the $2.00 coupon. Now I get to go back and get a free one while they are still $5! Yeah!
