I posted this in the comment section, but I am still getting questions about this. So I thought I would post it for all of you!
Since Disney tranferred over to their new website, they had some problems accepting some of the codes that I listed on the site. I’m sorry about that guys! I didn’t know there would be a problem….especially because I was able to enter all of them in my own account.
You should have your account un-blocked after 24 hours. If you still do not, or if their system deleted all of your points, you will want to call Disney Movie Rewards at 1-866-246-8646. You will probably be on hold for a while, as their system messed up a lot of people’s points.
Just tell them that you thought you were entering valid codes and your account got blocked. They should be able to remove the block immediately.
