FREE Easter Egg Hunts All Over Utah!

Cali over at Utah Kids Club sent me this list of FREE Easter Egg Hunts all over Utah for Saturday, April 3rd!  So, I thought I would forward them to you guys!  You can find out about other Free Activites by signing up to get Utah Kids Club email updates.  It’s totally free to sign up too!

The list below is ordered by time:

1. 8am, FREE Easter Egg Hunt, Ogden. start at 8am with pictures with the easter bunny, hunt at 9am sharp, bring a basket. For kids ages 1-12, Friendship Park at 655 East 5500 South

2. 8:30 FREE Easter Egg Hunt, Murray, Hunt starts at 8:30, be there early, bring a basket…296 East Murray Park Lane

3. 9am, FREE Easter Egg Hunt, South Jordan. A fire engine horn marks the start of South Jordan’s annual egg hunt and candy scramble, held at the south end the park. Age specific egg hunts start at 9am sharp; arrive early to allow children to get to appropriate hunt area. The Easter Bunny and Miss South Jordan are on hand for photos with the kids, so don’t forget to bring a camera. BYOB (bring your own basket). Adults are not allowed to enter the hunt areas. 11000 South Redwood Rd

4. 9am, FREE Easter Egg Hunt, Taylorsville. arrive early, hunt starts at nine sharp, bring a basket. 5100 South 2700 West, Valley Regional Park

5. 9am, FREE Easter Egg Hunt, Taylorsville, Arrive early, hunt starts at 9am sharp, bring a basket 1850 West 6100 South, T. John Labrum Park

6. 9am FREE Easter Egg Hunt, Hill Air Force Base, This one is big, 9000 easter eggs, bring your own basket and be there early……children will be separated into age groups.

7. 9am FREE Easter Egg Hunt, 9am sharp, get to the Redwood Rec Center early, bring your own basket. https://www.recreation.slco.org/redwood

8. 9am FREE Easter Egg Hunt, Lindon, don’t be late, the fun is over fast at the lindon city park

9. 9am, FREE Easter Egg Hunt and Party, Join in on the fun this year at Orem’s Easter Egg Hunt! Thousands of kids come to line the track at the Mountain View High School football stadium (located at 645 W. Center St. in Orem) where candy and prizes fill the field! At 9:00 AM sharp the whistle blows and the candy and eggs start to disappear. It takes only minutes to clear the entire football field! Orem’s annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday, April 3, 2010, and children ages 0-11 are welcome to participate.

10. 9am, FREE Easter Egg Hunt Spanish Fork, This event will be held today at 9:00 a.m. at the Spanish Fork Sports Park West Complex at 493 West Volunteer Drive. Event is sponsored by the Spanish Fork Chamber of Commerce. Check their website at www.spanishforkchamber.com for information about age group locations.

11. 9am FREE Easter Egg Hunt, West Point, Easter Egg Hunt! April 3rd 9:00 am Loy Blake Park Have your picture taken with the Easter Bunny!

12. 9am FREE Easter Egg Hunt and Kite Festival Kids can take part in age-specific egg hunts in Butler Park (on the west side of Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center). Bring your own baskets, and arrive early to be sure children get to their appropriate hunt area prior to the start time. Parents are welcome to assist children ages two and under. Hunts start promptly at 9am.

13. 9am. FREE Easter Egg Hunt, South Salt Lake, Children are divided into age groups for hunts that start at 9am sharp at the granite high school. (3305 south 500 east) The Easter Bunny makes an appearance with prizes and eggs for the kids; photo opportunities with the Bunny are available

14. 9am Bird Egg Hunt, Ogden, The Ogden Nature Center hosts a unique egg hunt challenge. Participants first learn how to identify various nesting birds that are found around ONC, and then head out on the trails to locate and identify painted wooden eggs in several hidden nests. Those who locate and identify one egg from each nest win a prize. The event also offers a nest basket craft and other bird-related crafts. Advance registration is required. Reservations must be made by Thursday, April 1.

15. 10am, FREE Easter Egg Hunt, Easter Egg Hunt, Clearfield.  Saturday, at Fisher Park, 920 South 1000 East, Clearfield. Clearfield Community Services and the American Legion Post No. 134 and Auxiliary sponsor our annual Easter Egg Hunt. Five separate hunting areas are designated according to age: 2 and under, 3-5, 6-8, 9-10, and special needs. Parents will only be allowed to help their children in the 2 and under and special needs groups. Children finding special prize eggs may turn them in for prizes donated by local merchants. For health and safety reasons, all eggs are plastic with pre-wrapped candy inside. For more information, call Clearfield Community Services at (801) 525-2790

16. 10am, Easter Extravaganza, Thanksgiving Points hosts a holiday event featuring Easter crafts, activities, age-specific egg hunts, and food. Hunt times: 0-3 years 11am, 4-6 years 11:30am, 7-9 years 12n, 10-12 years 12:30am, all age hunt 1pm. Participants receive a punch pass, good for five activities of their choice, plus the egg hunt. Visit the website for a complete list of activities.

Tickets can be purchased online. Takes place in Thanksgiving Point’s Electric Park. The price goes up the week of the event, so early purchase is recommended. Adults 3.00, children 6.00, week of event is 8.00. www.thanksgivingpoint.com

17. 10am, FREE Easter Egg Hunt, Herriman, arrive early, hunt starts at 10am, bring a bag. 6212 West 14200 South, butterfield parkway

18. 10am, FREE Easter Egg Hunt, Riverton, hunt starts at 10 am be there early, also watch out for the easter bunny and take a picture. 12755 South 1400 West at Riverton Skate Park

19. 10 am, FREE Easter Egg Hunt, Provo, Date: Saturday, April 3 Location: Pioneer Park (500 W. Center St.) Parking located at 100 S. 500 W. Ages: 10 and younger, Schedule of Activities:
10:00 a.m. – Easter Egg Hunt begins
10:15 a.m. – Fun Activities Come meet the Easter Bunny and Zippy, the Parks and Recreation Chipmunk

20. 10am. FREE Easter Egg Hunt, Who: Children 10 and under, Burgess Park

21. 10am FREE Easter Egg Hunt, Farmington, at Farmington Main Park! Bring your children ages 12 and under. The Hunt begins at 10am. Main Park is located at 100 South Main Street.

22. 10am FREE Easter Egg Hunt, Kaysville, Barnes Park (900 West 200 North)

24. 10am FREE Easter Egg Hunt, Riverdale, Plan now to bring your children to the Riverdale City Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 3, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. sharp! It will be held at the Riverdale Park, 4300 South Parker Drive. Kids ages 18 months to 10 years old are invited to come have fun and have a chance to find a special gold egg and win a prize. Please make sure your children are at the park and in place before the 10:00 a.m. start time.

25. 10am Easter Carnival, Wheeler Farm, 2.00, Easter Carnival – Over 50 venders, rides, bounce houses, food, crafts, & more! Also Egg hunt times for April 3rd are 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 1:30 & 2:30 While supplies last!

26. 10am FREE Easter Egg Hunt, Kanab, Easter Egg Hunt – Eggs are hidden throughout the City Park area, with specific locations for different age groups. Prizes given for the number of eggs collected. Kanab City Park, 531 North 100 East, Kanab

27. 10am Easter Carnival and Egg Hunts, this is going to be fun. The dinosaur park hides tons of easter eggs all around the dinosaurs–hunts are at 11 am and again at 3pm. Plus, bounce houses, rock climbing wall, mechaincal bull, mrs. fields cookies

28. 10 FREE Easter Egg Hunt Sandy, Farnsworth Farms hosts Easter egg hunts – including a wheelchair accessible egg hunt – and a breakfast to benefit MDA. The egg hunts are free, but participants are asked to donated $1 or more to the MDA. Kids can also visit and get their photos taken with the Easter Bunny. 11228 South 700 East, Sandy. www.farnsworthcidermill.com

29. FREE Easter Egg Hunt, Syracuse, 10am. Fielding Garr Ranch’s annual Easter celebration at antelope island features an egg hunt (10am), face painting, a fish pond, photos with the Easter Bunny (9am-10am & 11am-1pm), farm ball games (1pm & 3pm), gunny sack races (2pm & 4pm), and prizes. Face painting and the fish pond run from 11am to 2pm. Allow plenty of time to get from the park’s entrance gate to the ranch.

30. 10:30 FREE Easter Egg Hunt, Hollywood Connection, Hollywood Connection hosts its 12th annual Easter Egg Hunt, featuring age-specific egg hunts, face painting, cookie decorating, and a raffle. Special deals on ride wristbands are available until 1pm.

31. Easter Egg Dive, Clearfield, Easter Egg Dive, Saturday, April 3 (morning session and afternoon session) at the Clearfield Aquatic Center. Dive for eggs and win prizes and money. Every egg retrieved from the pool will be redeemed for a prize. Children 5-14 years old are invited to splash and swim for great Easter goodies. When all the eggs are found, there will be an open plunge for the participants. There will be two sessions so everyone has a chance to experience this wet and wild egg dash. Parents are invited to observe the egg dive from the balcony or the west side of the pool deck and accompany their 8 and under children during the open plunge that follows. 32. Easter Egg Dive, Layton, Surf and Swim, Surf n’ Swim Easter Egg Dive
he cost is $4.00 to register. Registration for the egg dive includes admission. We will start at 12:00 PM. Participants will be split into groupings by age. Everyone who participates will receive a prize! Special prizes can be won by diving for the right egg! Special prizes include: toys, treats and Surf n’ Swim passes!!! Registration can be done in person at Surf n’ Swim or online.

33. FREE Easter Egg Celebration, Kids can celebrate spring at Engh Gardens’ (8214 south 700 east, sandy) annual festival, which offers a storytime, an egg hunt, face painting, coloring activities, games, and a visit from the Easter Bunny. Advance registration is not required. Parents are asked to attend with young children.

  3. I don’t see any Easter Egg hunts listed for ON Easter, 4/24/2011, am I just reading this wrong?
    I enjoy taking the photos of the Easter Egg hunts on Easter, and the kids enjoy the fun, but what’s with
    all the hunts NOT on Easter and NONE on Easter? Kindof like Celebrating Christmas every day except for Christmas isn’t it?
