1. Go to CityDeals.com.  Buy a Bath and Body Works Gift Card.  It can be used anywhere in the U.S.  You will pay $25 for a $25 Gift Card, but City Deals will also send you a $2.50 Gift Certificate for you to use later on anything else you want.
2. Go to a Bath and Body Works Store.  Purchase three items from the Signature Collection. (The cheapest items are $10.50 each).  Right now, they have a Buy 2 Get 1 Free Sale and a Buy 3 Get 2 Free Sale. So, for buying 2, you automatically get 1 item Free
