In the section where it states restrictions. . . if it says "not valid with any other offer" can you use coupons? I know some state "not valid with coupons" and that is obvious. But I can't tell with "not valid with any other offer". please help!

Emily-That is definitely a hard one and a grey area. The ones that state no coupons allowed is obviously easy. I would call up whichever business you are wanting to get a gift certificate to and just ask if they will take coupons with a gift certificate from city deals.

I tried this and when I got to the shopping cart and applied the code, it didn't take $10 off. Rather, it included a gift certificate for $10 to be used on another CityDeals purchase of $40 or more. And it has to be used by April 30. So it looks like you have to make two $40 purchases — the first to qualify for the $10 gift certificate and the second to redeem.

Natalie-Thanks for letting me know! So you will pay $40, but get the $10 Gift Certificate to use before the end of the month. So, you could end up getting one $20 Gift Certificate Free with the gift certificate they send you. It is the same deal, you just have to wait to get the $10. I'll update the post.

I wish I knew about this code yesterday! I just purchased the awesome Golf package they have, 2 aquarium passes and a dining GC. I'll have to go online and see what else I may want. Thanks for the info!
