Thanks for the information. When you say "beat" anybodies quote, what do you mean? Are you talking about interest rate? And also, for the $8000 tax credit, you have to be in contract by April 30th, and close by June 30th. Just fyi. We just put a contract on a home, but have not yet taken out our mortgage.
