Yesterday, I posted about the Kmart $10 off $20 Purchase coupon. If you grabbed it, there are some INSANE deals you can get with it and manufacturer coupons. It definitely calls for a special trip to Kmart today or tomorrow!
I am getting ready for the Freebies2Deals Coupon Conference tomorrow, so I am going to re-direct you to the Krazy Coupon Lady’s website to see the Matchups with the $10 off $20 Coupon. I just don’t have time today to put it together, so I hope you guys are ok with that!
**Also, this is VERY IMPORTANT! Many people are having problems with the $10 off $20 coupon from Kmart. The coupon came from the Kmart website and some Kmarts are not accepting it because they are saying it isn’t for their store or calling it a “fake” coupon. Other people are not having a problem with it at all. I know that the Orem, UT Kmart is not accepting it for sure.
To be frank, this whole thing really upsets me. They put the coupon out on their own website, their own employees don’t even know about it, and the coupon clearly states you can use it at any Kmart. So, if you happen to go to a Kmart and they will not take your coupon, PLEASE email them at help@customerservice.kmart.com or call them at 1-866-562-7848 and vent your frustrations. Kmart will lose a lot of customers and ultimately go out of business if they continue to do things like this. It puts a really bad taste in people’s mouths! (Sorry, I am done with my venting now!)
***You may be lucky at your Kmart and they may not give you any problems. So, please comment and let us know which stores let you use it!
The coupon states you can’t combine it with other coupons. However, remember that Kmart gets reimbursed for manufacturer’s coupons. So, the coupon fine print is referring to other Kmart coupons. You should be able to use both!

I know for sure that the Pocatello, ID Kmart is accepting it. I'll be going to the one in West Valley today and I'll let you know what I find out!!

I called corporate because the Draper store is not accepting it. I was told it is not good until next week. I doubt that the draper store will even accept it next week they were very rude about the whole thing.Ashley

The Woodscross store is honoring the coupon but they will not let you use it with a manufacturers coupon.

The one in Provo says that it is only valid in New York but that is not what it says on the coupon…

I went to the Draper store yesterday and it worked for me. This really is a pain. It is sad that the Draper store is not taking it today. So Dumb. I think we should all send emails to them. I hope Kmart can do well but there is no one in the stores when I go there.

I called in to the Draper & Orem stores…they explained that the coupons were only meant for New York and Chicago stores that were having a grand opening. They said that Utah stores were not honoring it. They explained that it has spread through internet like crazy.

I also went to the Woodscross kmart last night to do the Huggies deal and they accepted my mfc coupons plus the 10 off $20! It was awesome.

Spanish Fork Kmart this morning said "Our manager said those aren't accepted anymore." I just finished my email of frustration to corporate!

I just left the Woods Cross store and they let me use the coupon, but my total had to be $20 after manufacturer coupons and before the $10 Kmart coupon. So I got 3 jumbo packs of Huggies for $11 using 3 of the $3/1 Huggies coupons and the $10/$20 Kmart coupon.

I was in Woods Cross and they are no longer accecpting the coupon!! I called corporate and they said no Utah store will take it any longer!Bummer!!!!! To make up for it they will send you a $10.00 off $50.00 coupon. I told her I would rather have the $10.00 off $20.00

Stores in Kentucky aren't taking them "anymore". I honestly think it was a hoax to get people to come into their stores! I sent an email to complain, but I doubt it does any good.

I also have had problems with the Orem Kmart accepting coupons. I got so upset that I called corporate, who talked to the manager, who told me she would accept my coupons (these were manufacturer coupons a couple of weeks ago). I don't know if it will work with this one, but I think we should all try calling corporate because they seemed very willing to make things right with me.

I managed to get the Provo Kmart to honor it after standing around with a screaming 2yr old for at least a half an hour. I wouldn't expect them to do it again though their sign clearly stated they were not accepting them. I just got lucky because I complain loudly.

I went to the Grand Junction, CO Kmart and they said it was a fraudulent coupon and they couldn't accept it. BIG disappointment since I have to travel 3 hrs to the closest Kmart!

I called the West Jordan store and they said they are not honoring the coupon. He read me a memo that it was released incorrectly and not intended for this market. I emailed my disappointment to corporate. I think Kmart would have been happy about the increased traffic and business this would have generated. Guess I will stick to Target.

This is the response I got from corporate:It has come to our attention that there are some unauthorized coupons that have been circulated on the internet. The coupon you are referring is only valid at specific stores in the Baltimore, New York City, Long Island and Chicago area. However, since we value you as a Kmart customer we would like to send you a coupon for $10 off a $50 purchase. If you would like to accept this coupon please respond with your phone number and mailing address so that we can mail the coupon to you.

When you click on the original link to get to the coupon the pages says rediscover kmart chicago, and all the stuff listed on the page is for stores in that area.

it does clearly state on the coupon that it is for the chicagoland area. You would think they would figure out to accept the coupons in other areas due to their lack of business. I don't see them being in business very much longer.

The one is St. George is NOT honoring it. An employee told me someone hacked into Kmart's system and changed the verbiage from Only Valid in New York, to valid at all Kmart Locations. Wish they would post something on their website.
