How It All Began...
Ok, this is for Target. I'm so excited! In the 02-07-10 ads there's a BOGO coupon for Herbal Essence. It states that if you buy ANY shampoo or conditioner you get one styling product free. So, I used two coupons because I get two papers. I picked up a shampoo and a conditioner in the travel sizes for $.97 each. Then I went to the regular sizes and got two different styling products. One was $5.99 and the other was $2.99. I paid $2.00 for all of it! The machine did beep because of the trial sizes, but I just pointed out to the lady that it said right on the coupon ANY size. She said "Sounds good to me" and took the $9 off! I'm learning that it helps to tell the cashiers that you know of a really great website where they can learn how to coupon too. Then I give them this address. Works like a charm! Go team couponers!By the way, I was in American Fork and the nice lady who helped me was named Donna.

thats great that you were able to do that, but normally they would make you pay for the items that was more (2.99&5.99) and then get the trial items for free

Yep! sure would make you pay…..it's fun to have those things happen, but everyone needs to keep in mind that's the exception….not the rule.

On the cereal coupon where it says "one coupon per purchase of specified product(s)". Does that mean you can only use one for your entire purchase or per box of cereal?

No, it just means that you can only use one coupon per item. YOu cannot use two $1.00 off coupons for the same item.
