  1. I can't find the Revlon coupon in the 12/13 SS. I also checked an alphabetic coupon index which has all unexpired coupns listed and it did not show up there either. Also, just a question – I tried to use a register rewards coupon at the Logan Walgreens last month in combination with a manufacturers coupon. They told me I had to pick one or the other and could not use both. Does that sound right?

  2. how do you get a coupon from the trident site? i saw games and stuff, but searched for a coupon that is still haven't found. thanks

  3. Vicky-No, that isn't right at all. Walgreens can be really difficult because they won't post their coupon policy online. However, if you email customer service, they will tell you flat out that you can combine Walgreens coupons, in-ad coupons and manufacturer coupons all on the same item. Plus, you can use your register rewards in any way that you like and on any purchase. I know there is only one Walgreens in Logan, so I would recommend talking with the manager. If they won't help, corporate actually has a link to email them with problems using coupons. So, you may want to mention that to the manager. As far as the coupon, they are regional so it may have been one that Logan did not receive. Hope that helps!Melea

  5. Vicky-It is absolutely correct what melea said. In your case with the MFR coupon + RR, just remember that Walgreens doesn't allow more number of coupons per transaction than the number of items per transaction (coupon:item ratio). A RR counts at Walgreens like a coupon for this ratio. So if you were buying just 1 item and trying to use both the MFR coupon plus RR you, that won't work. You do have to pick one or the other, but only because your coupon:item ratio is above 1. –Darcie

  6. FYI the Hershey's chocolate bar deal probably won't work since the 2 coupons you mentioned are for different sizes.

  7. melea- I have also heard that there is a coupon:item ratio of 1 or less at Walgreens. Is that your understanding also? Can you share any more info about it?

  8. Since Walgreens will not release a formal coupon policy, what you will find will be different with each store manager. However, the Walgreens registers will not allow you to have more coupons than items. So if you have a RR to pay with and a manufacturer coupon, you need add a "filler" item. Find the cheapest thing you can. Something clearance, a 10 cent pencil… anything. If you have in ad coupons, manufacturer coupons and RRs to use, count up how many coupons you have verses items. You will need to make sure you have one more item than the total amount of coupons. Make sense?**Since many managers are not aware of this, cashiers usually override the cash register when it beeps. But most of them do not understand why it is beeping and simply think that you cannot use coupons at all. In that case, just grab a few 10 cent items to fill in with. Melea

  10. Just a little insight on the Walgreens RR and coupons. A RR is actually considered a Manufactures coupon so you can use it with a store coupon but not with another manufactures coupon. I have learned that with trial and error.Hope that helps!-Whitney

  11. I was not able to print Kellogg coupon…didn't know that only a limited number was available .. also wanted to print coupons in black and white only not color…is that possible when printing clipped coupons?

  12. Companies will only allow a certain number of printed coupons to be printed out. So, unfortunately, it looks like everyone printed them out. Sorry! Yes, you can definitely only use Black and White ink. I do exactly that to save on my ink costs.Melea
