I can get to the website, complete the form but when I click on submit it just refreshes with the same form to complete; it never completes

I tried to sign up with out doing a new username (which is not supposed to be a required field) and it wouldn't let me get the sample, then I signed up for a new username and I was able to get the sample. That may be the problem.

I just signed up for the free sample with no problem. It also told me that my free sample was on its way. We will have to wait and see.
