If you already have a program on your computer that will play digital DVDs, then you shouldn’t have to download the DivX player.
I haven’t tried this one myself yet. But, DivX and CinemaNow are both pretty big companies, so you shouldn’t have any problems.

I am very frustrated with this website. It downloaded only to 22%in more than 2 hours and then stopped! And now it won't redownload the movie. It says that it is no longer available. It still says that I have purchased that movie, but it won't download it so that I can view it. Do you have any advice as to why this is happening?

No, the only things I can think of would be that there is too much traffic on the site and so you are having problems downloading. Or, your Internet connection may be slower so it takes longer to download. You can contact the company and see if they can help. Im not really much help on this one.
