Doubles @ Albertsons

Every now and then, Albertsons will send out a mailer or place an ad in the newspaper with double coupons.  Any coupon you have worth $1.00 off or less will qualify.  So if you have a coupon that is $.75/1, they turn it into $1.25/1.  Great deal!  It’s a really good way to buy the more expensive products, or get items completely free.

Here are some great deals that I just got at Albertsons:

Hostess Cup Cakes Family Pack on Sale $2.00 each
Used $.50/1 coupon
Used Double Albertsons Coupon
$1.00 each

Nestle Cookie Dough on Sale $3.00 Each
Used $1.00/1 coupon
Used Double Albertsons Coupon
$1.00 Each
**I have gotten cookie dough for less than $.75 in the past.  However, it was something that I actually really needed to make for a neighbor.  I was just too lazy to do it from scratch! 🙂  Still a pretty good deal though.

Peelies
I happened to go to the Lehi, UT albertsons tonight.  In the past, I have never seen so many blinkies, or peelie coupons on packages!  I am not sure if there are so many because of the change in ownership on Monday or what.  But, it’s great for us.

Blinkies are little coupon dispensers that hang from the shelves.  You pull a coupon out and then it replaces it with another copy for someone else to pull.  Tonight, I grabbed $.55/1 Nestle Toll House Cookie Dough and a Buy 1 Get 1 Free Dentyne Gum.  There were a lot more too!  Don’t forget to grab those when you walk by!  They definitely make a difference.

The Keebler cookies had a $2.00/2 peelie on some of them.  You can use that peelie along with the printable $1.75/2 Keebler printable coupon that was available yesterday. I think they may be out!  But go here and check.  That’s why you should print them as soon as you see them.  You never know when they will run out!  With both of my coupons, that made them $.65 cents each!

I did get a better price on them at Target.  However, I was really looking for the specially marked DVD packages.  Target was out.  I was willing to pay a few cents more so I could get the DVD rebate.

With buying 2 packages of Hostess Cup Cakes Family Size and my specially marked Keebler Cookies, I now can turn in my Monster Vs. Aliens $4.00 rebate and my FREE DVD rebate!  Very cool!!!

***Remember that most Albertsons are being bought out.  The stores will transition to an Associated Food Store on Monday!  Hopefully, they will have some amazing promotions out there to get us to like the new stores!
