The time has come to think about the holidays! Now through December 15, 2014 you can take advantage of Walmart’s free layaway! Here is the basic information that you need to know about this program:
- No opening fee
- Down payment of $10 or 10% which ever is greater
- Visit the Walmart Service Desk to open a layaway account
- Minimums: Individual items must be $15 or more. Total purchase must be $50 or more
- Payments can be made toward your layaway account at any register
- Final payment and pick up must be on or before December 15, 2013 at the same location you began your layaway.
- If account is cancelled items will be returned to inventory. Down payments made will be refunded, and a $10 cancellation fee will be assessed.
This opportunity will help so much during the the Christmas season. You can start your shopping now and pay as you go, making it a little easier on your pocket book! You can also get those hot Christmas items now! Stick them on layaway now, pay off your account by December 15th, and they are guaranteed to be under your tree on Christmas morning.
