This past weekend, our family went to Lagoon.  It was our first time going with the kiddos and honestly it was a blast!  There were so many rides that both of my little kids could go on!

In honor of Lagoon and all of you who might want to head to that theme park, here is a round-up list of all the possible deals and discounts you can get to go to Lagoon.

  • If you have already gone to Lagoon, the back of your ticket will have a $5 off coupon.  Share that with friends and family members who are wanting to go as well.

If I missed any discounts, please comment and let me know so I can update this list!! I would love to have it be a running list we can all use as a reference in the future!

A Few Extra Money-Saving Tips:

  • Bring in your own Food, Snacks and Drinks into the park. It can save you a lot of money.
  • If you LOVE theme park food like we do, one way to save is on their $1.00 Soda Refills.  Just keep your cup! You can also order “family style” items on their menu (like a bucket of fries) to share instead of purchasing individual meals for each person.
  • If you can, get to the park right when it opens.  Lines are much shorter… especially for the popular rides.
  • Don’t forget to validate your ticket before you leave if you plan on coming back within 10 days.

  8. You can also get discount passes ($38.95) at Deseret Book Stores when you buy certain items. Ask an associate and they can tell you what’s available. We purchased 8 rubber band bracelets last year to get the deal for the 8 in our family that were going. The bracelets were $1 each. No brainer if you cant get to Weber State University first.

  9. We just went on 6-28-14. We stayed at the Best Western Cotton Tree Inn in north S.L.C. (exit 315) and purchased our tickets from them for only $37.50 each. That was the best deal we found! It’s close to Lagoon, is a 3 star Hotel and has a great FREE hot breakfast, which also saves you money! 🙂
