I just tried to get one (and only one) today. The manager said the the Feburary coupon booklet coupon was “already applied” and that’s why they are currently unadvertised, but ringing at .99.

I went to ours in Provo UT and some lady came in and got 400 and cleaned the store out!!!! I can’t believe they let her buy that many. I thought they had limits except on saturdays. Who needs that many chapsticks…really!!!
