Actually .zip is one of the safest. Be careful with files with extensions such as .exe, .dll, etc. They will hijack your computer.

oh, and if she wouldn’t have zipped it, it would have taken much longer to download. Zipping the file decreases the download size, so I can understand why she did it that way. Plus she is able to do all the separate files together without doing a PDF booklet.
