I called the help line, took 20 minutes to connect ;-(, however they said the download is not working and to try again in 48 hours. I asked for my money back instead. Too much hassle.

Same thing…downloads didn’t work. Amazon said it’s their tech issue and refunding the purchase. Said to try again in at least 5 hours. It’s supposed to be the entire album, but it is a little effort b/c you have to download their media player, etc to get it. Worth $.99?…maybe
