I tried this code and it says The Coupon code entered is not valid for the product being ordered. My book was under 20 pages, and was a large classic. Any idea why this didn’t work?

I had the same problem so I asked customer service. They said:
If you’ve created your book using a different book style, you can the instructions below to change the book style to a Classic Custom book style.
1. Select your book and click the “Edit” tab in the middle of the Picaboo screen.
2. Click “Book Styles” on the left-hand side of the Picaboo screen.
3. Click the green “Custom Cover” icon.
4. Design your cover, save your changes, and place your order.
I made these changes and it worked for me!
