I bought this on Amazon. I read the comments after and hope it is a good player. Does anyone know if I need to buy special cords to go with this? I am giving it to my husband for his birthday next week.

I have had this bluray player for about a year now and have not had any problems with it. Fabulous five, you will probably need an HDMI cord, I don't remember if it came with one or not, we already had some spares, so it wasn't an issue for us.

I think the deal is dead now- it's back up to $100. Still $99 off, but not as good as it was before for $59.
