Update: If you are willing to wait until Black Friday, Walmart has the Brave Blu-ray/DVD Combo Pack priced at only $8.96 in their Black Friday ad & Target has the Brave DVD priced at only $10.00 in their Black Friday ad. Of course, during this time you will also be fighting way more crowds in-store. If you want to save the extra couple dollars though to stay on budget, it may be worth it.
