Don’t do this…You have to go through a lot of options and in the end you have to sign up your CC.

I didn’t have this problem. Just mailing address and email and free magazines are on the way.

I just provided my name, address, and e-mail. I was also able to opt out of any future notices. It took me about a minute and I was not asked for my cc information.
