I am so confused how does that work out to 24 cents a roll you get 27 rolls for 26.12…

They are mega rolls. Each roll is equivalent to 4 regular rolls. So if you divide 26.12 by 108 you get 24 cents per regular roll.

FYI: Costco is 30 count @ $19.99-$2coupon=$17.99/83 (reg. rolls)= $0.2167 each roll! So yes, it appears Costco is a better price (assuming I did that all correct:)
