Thanks! I just bought my prime membership Nov. 1st. I contacted Chat and they said they could refund and cancel my account and I could re order- the refund would be depending on how much
i’ve already used the account, It still saved me enough money to refund and repurchase the new one.
My sister just bought hers on wedneday they said within 7 days they can refund the difference. Just in case others have this issue
