I love topcashback! I was able to create an account for my husband and it worked just fine for me! There’s still nothing showing in my cash pending, but it says it could take hours and possibly up to days. I figure I won’t open the dvd until I see the cash pending, just to be safe. But if you were going to buy the dvd anyway its definitely worth a shot! I’d love it if someone would use my link – let’s help each other out!

I received the same message: “We’re unable to retrieve inventory and fulfillment information at this time. Please try again later.” and it said it would take me to their home page. After I was taken to their home page I clicked on my shopping cart to see if there was anything in there and was able to continue with my order. It seemed to work. Try that. Hope it works for others.

I at least got an email saying my order was being processed and I’ll be sent an email/text when my order is ready to be picked up. Hope that means there really is something to be picked up.

I got an email after going to Walmart’s site that said this

And then it went on to tell me what to do if I didn’t see the cash back in the time frame allotted. My account doesn’t show any cash back pending.

I was able to go through the Topcssh Back website and then have my credit card charged via Walmart website but my order still says processing and not ready for pick up. It has been over 24 hours, is anybody else having this problem?

I would contact TopCashBack’s CS department so they can help you. I have found they sometimes take longer to do things than they state. But, as long as you followed the steps, your cash back should be recorded. 🙂
