  1. I have always wondered this and no one has been able to answer yet…Does the Smith’s digital coupons get used up and disappear? There are times that my account doesn’t show the ones that are listed. Has anyone ever had this happen? For example: I can’t see the Chips Ahoy cookie one this time.

    • Yes, the eCoupons have a limited number of uses on them but once they’re on your card they’ll stay there until you either use it or it expires. Also the eCoupons can be regional, so some of the coupons might only be offered to certain areas. Hope that answers your question.
