So awesome Christmas miracle just happened, not really, but it was cool. I was trying to check out with my coat and other stuff I bought at Macy’s.com and have it shipped to the store so I wouldn’t have to pay shipping. I couldn’t figure out from the site how to do that so I “live chatted” with a woman and she found out that only one of my items could be picked up at the store, then she offered to have everything shipped to my house for free! It never hurts to ask. I think stores really want customers to have a good taste in their mouth. Thanks Macy’s!
