Just a heads up, Shoprunner is only good on items if they are NOT sale or clearance so you’re likely to pay the $7 shipping rate, but even then you can’t beat these prices.

There are some clearance items that you can use Shoprunner on. I got some “premium” plastic plates and plastic utensils for $0.49 shipped. But the costumes do not get free shipping with Shoprunner.

I had a $2.99 costume in my cart that said it was Shoprunner eligible, but as soon as I started checkout, it said it wasn’t. Still, $10 isn’t too bad to pay for a costume shipped.
