I did not see a printable either, however if you preview the Fathers Day Ad, inside on page 2 of the ad it says the following :
Father’s Day
$10 off YOUR FATHER’S DAY PURCHASE OF $30 OR MORE or 15% off at kohls.com with promo code DADSDAY15. Promotional offer valid Sunday, June 2, 2013-Sunday, June 16, 2013. See Store for Details.
So it looks like either or, and you have to see store for details. . . maybe they have a catalog there. I bet if you talk to a manager they will be willing to help you.
