One thing though…the $10 off code (STOYS10) actually brings the price down to $199 where it is originally $209. No big deal to me…still a great deal but figured I’d let you guys know. It definitely wasn’t clear on how that code was being applied until I received my confirmation email. I should’ve tried the STOYS20 code instead to see but didn’t realize what was going on until after I hit send.
Oh well…I’m still one happy camper! Thanks again!

You need to call. The discount you saw at final checkout was the sale price savings discount. It should have given you an additional $10 off for the STOYS10 code you used. Their website was having issues applying the codes when I called. Call now and they can credit your credit card the $10 plus tax that you should have saved!!

COUPON CODE WASN’T WORKING ONLINE. I CALLED AND WAS ON THE PHONE FOR 25 MIN. THEY HAD TO MANUALLY DO $20 OFF. I DIDN’T HAVE TO PAD THE ORDER FOR $.01 MORE. DIDN’T GET ANY CASH BACK THOUGH (THROUGH EBATES OR UPROMISE)

I grabbed one, too! The 6 yr old is dying for one and has gross motor delays that this will help. I, too, bought the trampoline AND the $40 cover (for a total of $240.98). I put in the “STOYS20” code and it showed but at final check out did not take it off. It only showed the $10 discount sale on the trampoline to get it from $209 to $199….but I called and they manually credited my credit card $21.70 (the $20 plus the tax it charged me on that $20 that it shouldn’t have). So while it did take some extra work and their website is obviously having issues…..I got the entire order for $220 plus $20 tax. Awesome deal from what I have been seeing. I also want the accessory set with ladder, shoe bag, and anchor stakes but they are sold out right now. I signed up to be emailed when it is back in stock. Christmas present from Santa….done!! Yippee!!

Just purchased this and had a question on the final price. You said the price should be $179.99-$189.99, However my price went like this total $209.99 – Tax $11.87 – $20.00 savings (Code SToys20)- Final Price $201.86. Did I miss a step in the process? Do I need to call and have them use the coupon code again?

Hey Celeste, My price is without tax included. Each state’s tax is totally different. So I usually don’t include that. As long as your $20 came off, your code worked. So just double check that. 🙂
