I had problems with it, too. It kept clearing out my order, saying I had 0 items in my checkout bag. Wet Seal’s checkout wouldn’t work for me, so I ended up using amazon checkout (available on their site). I got the extra 10% off, but not free shipping. I figure the 10% covered shipping, so I’m still happy with my 10 items for $40.

It seems like the Wet Seal site is having a ton of issues. Some of you aren’t having problems and some of you are. So, it sounds like a technical glitch, if you are adding all items that end in a .99 price. So, I would call up their customer service for help. They should be able to place your order over the phone!

I just did it and it worked. You have to make sure you are in the clearance section and pick 5 items. It should work..

It finally worked for me AFTER i created an account. It was not going to the checkout page before and i got my 5 things for 19.10 after tax! The 10% code and free shipping worked!
